Ginger dominates lightly sour aroma. Opaque straw colour with thin cover of white head. Fairly strong lemon-citrus flavour. Quite tart, with ginger only apparent in the finish that lingers on the tongue. Mouthfeel is fairly simple. Low carbonation and somewhat watery. On tap at the brewpub.
