Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 14, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light fruity notes - especially oranges - but also hints of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty and pretty much like the aroma; fruity notes - especially oranges and alcohol, with a dry end. omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 9, 2002 Golden coloured. Malty, rather sweet. Did not stand out among the many beers at this brewoub. hopscotch (4679), Vero Beach, Florida, USA May 4, 2006 Draft... Clear, yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose and flavor are all butterscotch and butter. Tons of diacetyl. Well-balanced. Light-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Finishes buttery, but crisp. I don’t mind diacetyl so much, but this beer is like melted butter in almost every way. BückDich (4605), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 24, 2005 Draught at the brewpub
Light haze, no head, no lacing. Nose of diacetyl and lots of popcorn, vanilla, caramel butter and pain. The flavor is nutty, still, the flood gates of Diacetyl-mountain are raining down my palate. Good on occasion but this not be it. MartinT (4458), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 5, 2002 Lonesome citrus fruit sitting on weak malt…Talking to itself…
