My Bottom Line:
At once raw and friendly, this India Pale Ale displays a grapefruity perfume atop sandy hop resins building lengthy earthy bitterness that tags along an omnipresent yeast.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam lasts the very cloudy brownish amber. I get the impression I got one of the very last pints to be drawn from that keg. Or there was a serious flocculation issue at play.
-A little polishing malt wise to get more definition would make this excellent. All I’m getting is lightly honeyed cereals. That yeast is too present.
-The mouthfeel is cushy and never frail, just like all the brews I’ve had here.
-The Simcoe cultivar seems to have been a major component of this beer, but it is a tad muddled in the flavor profile due to the yeast.
