My Bottom Line:
Bananas and buckwheat surf this Saison’s firm body, as omnipresent citrus fruit evolve in peppery hop bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the cloudy blond.
-I don’t recall ever having a beer in which buckwheat was so well presented in both aroma and flavor profile.
-This may only be 3.5% abv, but the mouthfeel is never anemic. Bravo!
-The tropical fruit character and buckwheat may not be the most harmonious match imho, but this beer sure made a strong case for uniting the two.
-The soft prickling of carbonation is not exactly what I’m used to in Saisons; bottle-conditioning it would probably render a delightfully authentic brew.
