Pours a hazy yellow golden color with three fingers of gaseous white foam. Nose is floral hay, citrus, herbal tea. Palate follows with decent hop flavors, added complexity of yeast character thats slightly peppery with a lingering tea like tannic spice. Citrus holds throughout with a clean bitterness on the finish.

2015-08-14. Hazy yellow body with a nice frothy white head. 3+ Aroma is relatively mild, light hops. Light fruit and grass. Flavour is moderately bitter, light tropical fruit character grows as it warms. Light grass and pale malt throughout. Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3++ Quaffable. Bottle from the LCBO, Toronto.

Very tasty this one. Pours a honey color. Thick foamy white head. Aromas are first dank, then open up to tropical fruit aromas. Flavours are bitter citrus rind, and some sweet mango/peach. Very good.

Bottle. Gold in colour with slight haze and medium carbonation. Great hoppy aromas of tropical melon, exotic citrus, and cut grass. Juicy citrus, more tropical fruit and dry pale malt flavors. Medium bodied with a nice sharp bitterness. Not a whole lot of witbier elements, but this is one tasty beverage.

Cloudy yellow body, white foamy head, good retention, nice lacing. Earthy, grassy, funky, a bit of blue cheese, sharp citrus note, lemon zest , resin and melon in the aroma. Taste is yeasty and tart, with a nice dry almost rhubarb-like finish, not very bitter. Grassy and earthy. Nice beer.

Slightly hazy golden color with lots of sediments and a medium white head. Aroma has tropical fruits, yeast, sweet citrus fruits and pine, with a good malty backcone. Taste follows the aroma, very balanced, tropical, citrusy, piney and yeasty, with a decent sweetness, spiciness and lingering bitter aftertaste. Really smooth and refreshing.

Bottle from Brewfest. Golden orange with haze lasting head and some lace. Very mild orange aroma with even milder coriander spice. Fruity orange and tropical sweetness with orange and coriander spice finish with lasting spice. Medium light body with fairly aggressive internal carbo. Not sure why I’m not blown away. I guess I like white IPAs a little lighter in alcohol and a little wheatier and drier. I guess I like them whiter. Still very good.

Tap at Ebenezer’s Slightly hazy deep yellow with a rocky frothy long lasting white head. Resinous tropical fruits with light spice and bready cereal maltiness. Great white IPA.
