Aug 30, 2006 Clear copper pour with a thin white head. Aroma of hops and malt, it is kind of fruity too. Good well balanced flavor of hops, malt and fruits with a bitter finish. The body has a light to medium thickness with a creamy texture and medium carbonation. It’s a well-balanced and well-made beer.

Faible gazéification, mais une mousse qui demeure.
Intéressant goût de caramel brûlé.
Légère amertûme.

Jun 6, 2008 2008-06-01. Dark orange-amber body with a modest beige head. Odd herbal-leafy aroma, light tang to the malt character. Flavour is similar with leafy oddness - the hops? Light bitterness throughout, light astringency in the finish. Average plus palate is quite effervescent. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more on a different day - it was my last beer of three days at the festival before heading off to the train - but I don’t expect that it would have fared substantially better. <i>On tap, Mondial, Montreal, 2T</i>
