Feb 17, 2008 Cloudy orange with a pinkish hint. Delicate white foamy head. Much thicker ring. Well extracted blueberry comes out fresh and spread over the more subtle cerealic wheat. Not too sweet and really fresh. Impressive integration. The basic idea did not have me particularly excited. Medium bodied, comfortable carbonation - too high for us to hav any impression of a juiciness. Lingering blueberry finish. Clean and crisp palate. Excellent tweak on a witbier, far better than hoped. I don’t think any other fruit would have been a better fit.

Jan 8, 2008 En fût. Verre de 12 oz à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de bleuets sans plus. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée rosâtre. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de bleuets avec une pointe de blé. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture minérale. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement fruité. (Rating #1420)
