Une délicieuse blanche tout en finesse et complexité au nez (agrumes, notes florales et fruitée) avec une bouche délicate et raffraîchissante. Un régal de fin de soirée.

A light straw body with a big white head. A vibrant nose with banana, spice and acidity. The taste profile is exceptionally clean and refreshing. Banana, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet bready malt work well with a strong carbonation and acidity to create a great summer witbier. I’ll be back for this one.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy gold with moderate head. Aromas of coriander, lemon soap and wheat. Flavors same. Lean but refreshing.

600ml bottle. Golden yellow in colour with a very thin white head, light lacing. The aroma is quite spicy, pale malts, grains and some citrus. The flavour is of lemons, grass, some coriander, floral with some malt, perfume. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, spicy, floral. Pretty nice, not a whole lot of coriander which is good for me. Refreshing.

Medium, if fast dwidling greyish white head over coldhazed golden beer, rather low on visible carbonation. Perfumey, spicy nose, grass & garden herbs, rainwater. Wheatsourness both as aroma as as flavour. Grains, again a bit grassy. Spices are almost gone from the flavour. Mild pineapple flavour. In contrast to its looks, the feel is very carbonated, nearly fizzy, the more as the body is really light, even for a 5% ABV beer. Almost mineral water palate. I don’t get this beer - to me it’s lightly flavoured mineral water.

Bottle - A bit of feet and sweat sweetness. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sweet notes and a touch of banana. Decent.

Bottle pour split at Matt’s. Pours a damn near water clear color with a fizz ring head. Slight banana and spice aroma. Flavor is some banana as well. High carb. White winish in a way. Very unique beer for me. Not bad.

600mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with light coriander and a little wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, wheat and a slight hopping. Very restrained, but clean and refreshing. Solid.
