Medium, if fast dwidling greyish white head over coldhazed golden beer, rather low on visible carbonation. Perfumey, spicy nose, grass & garden herbs, rainwater. Wheatsourness both as aroma as as flavour. Grains, again a bit grassy. Spices are almost gone from the flavour. Mild pineapple flavour. In contrast to its looks, the feel is very carbonated, nearly fizzy, the more as the body is really light, even for a 5% ABV beer. Almost mineral water palate. I don’t get this beer - to me it’s lightly flavoured mineral water.

Bottle - A bit of feet and sweat sweetness. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sweet notes and a touch of banana. Decent.

Bottle pour split at Matt’s. Pours a damn near water clear color with a fizz ring head. Slight banana and spice aroma. Flavor is some banana as well. High carb. White winish in a way. Very unique beer for me. Not bad.

600mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with light coriander and a little wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, wheat and a slight hopping. Very restrained, but clean and refreshing. Solid.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. It has a strong wheat bread aroma. The mouthfeel is weak and dry; the flavor is poor, and the final is watery.
What’s the point?

Bootle. Creamy gold ale pour with a big tall fizzy soap bubble head. Potent earthy wet leaves. Earthy forest Creamed wheat. Weird metallic note. Banana as well. Bit of spritzy carbonation. Attenuation seems fine enough for a witbier where I am @. Somewhat drinkable, but not very drinkable or memorable in a good way. Scooped just the same.

Ultra refreshing wit. Pours a lightly cloudy straw yellow with a thin off white head. The head disappears but for a few bubbles. The aroma is fresh, fruity and lightly spiced with coriander, apple, a bit of bubblegum. GRassy and light spicy hops up front with a clean toasted wheat malts. Crisp and refreshing beer overall!!

Questa Blanche non mi ha convinto del tutto. Aspetto tipico giallo paglierino, aroma dimesso, sapore di banana leggero. Molto rinfrescante.

Granted I’m not a huge witbier fan, but this one strikes me as simple and decent and kind of boring. Pour is murky straw/pale gold with a long-lasting creamy white cap. Nose is lots and lots of wheat, faint lemony citrus and doughy yeast. Taste is....pretty much pure wheat. The malt is surprisingly....sturdy? for a witbier, but I can’t see myself going out of my way to pick this up again.
