Rickard’s and Keith’s could do well to take some notes. This cloudy golden straw beer-scarecrow’s head doesn’t stick around but its flavour sure does. The aroma of herbal hops, wheat and yeast gibe way to a taste of wheat, bubblegum and honey. Some mild sweetness accompanied nicely by a lively and slightly oily body.

Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a finger of foam. Nose is yeast with layers of citrus pith, lemon zest and some dusty earthy grain. Palate follows the nose nicely with lots of up front spicy yeast character that opens up into a citrus heavy mid to late palate. Some juicy lemon, orange zest and a lingering lime quality. Pretty tasty and I enjoy the citrus aspect as counterbalance to the wit yeast profile.

Poured a nice hazy straw with a small sudsy looking head. Aroma is of citrus, grass, wheat, and herbs. Tasted kind of woody with a tinge of smoke, also some citrus fruit and herbs in there as well. Had a medium body with low carbonation, pretty much flat. Had kind of a watery finish with a refreshing citrus zing. I wish it was more carbonated, but still very refreshing.

Nice witbier. Bottle. Pours medium yellow-green with a one-finger bubbly white head that dissolves into nothingness. Aromas of green apple, cider and a bit of yeast. Taste is at first sweet-sour, then moves into a nice tart finish. Little alcoholic taste, which is nice. The palate is medium-bodied, with a moderate-high carbonation.

Aromas a cereales frescos y algo afrutados y cítricos. Sabores también de cereales con toques cítricos. Buena y refrescante.

On tap. Pours a pale blond with low head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, banana and spice. Taste is a pleasant lemon tartness with a decent wheat presence. Could be a little lighter and more punchy. Decent run of the mill witbier.

600 mL bottle. Hazy straw with a fine white cap. Citrus, coriander, yeast and cream of wheat on the nose, soft grainy sweetness and a hint of tart. Light bodied with very fine and copious carbonation. Delicate on the palate. A simple quencher.
