3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bootle. Creamy gold ale pour with a big tall fizzy soap bubble head. Potent earthy wet leaves. Earthy forest Creamed wheat. Weird metallic note. Banana as well. Bit of spritzy carbonation. Attenuation seems fine enough for a witbier where I am @. Somewhat drinkable, but not very drinkable or memorable in a good way. Scooped just the same.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Ultra refreshing wit. Pours a lightly cloudy straw yellow with a thin off white head. The head disappears but for a few bubbles. The aroma is fresh, fruity and lightly spiced with coriander, apple, a bit of bubblegum. GRassy and light spicy hops up front with a clean toasted wheat malts. Crisp and refreshing beer overall!!

Questa Blanche non mi ha convinto del tutto. Aspetto tipico giallo paglierino, aroma dimesso, sapore di banana leggero. Molto rinfrescante.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Granted I’m not a huge witbier fan, but this one strikes me as simple and decent and kind of boring. Pour is murky straw/pale gold with a long-lasting creamy white cap. Nose is lots and lots of wheat, faint lemony citrus and doughy yeast. Taste is....pretty much pure wheat. The malt is surprisingly....sturdy? for a witbier, but I can’t see myself going out of my way to pick this up again.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @Fine mousse. A cloudy yellow beer with low head. Nose is on agrumes, sweet like, vegetables notes, coriander, ginger touch. Aroma is on marmalade, quince, old orange, more robust and sweet than usual wit beers, light metallic notes, wheat and piny finish.

I would describe all aspects of this wit as subtle, just not sure if that is a good thing or not.At the end I decided that I would like to drink the beer again ,so I graded subtle as positive.

750ml bottle from Bières et Délices. Thanks Guillaume for the grab. Aroma: wheat, lemon, apples, cloves, spices. App: hazy straw, medium white head, some lacing. Taste and palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation, light sweetness, light acidity finish. Overall: a great refreshing witbier. Lots of wheat in mouth. Enjoyed it on this hot day

In short: average witbier.
Pours hazy bright gold with frothy white head, soapy one. Short head retention. Citrusy, coriander aromas. Light body, average to high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is belgian witbier profiled, quite citrusy. Dry finish.
