On tap at the brewpub. Pale blond pour, light greenish tint with frothy white head and heavy lacing. Lots of pilsener malt in the aroma, quite grainy, sort of czech pils gone bad aroma, light skunk, lemon, wet grain. Definitely a bit harsh at first but I got used to it fairly quickly. Rustic yeasty grainy flavor with more grainy malt flavors and a small spicy euro hop presence. Palate, on the other hand, is quite enticing. Lively carbonation, light and really dry body, nice rustic feel. This beer appears to be a mistake (from the menu description) but it turned out not too bad - nothing close to the standards these guys set for themselves though.
