Tap at Volo. Slight hazy orange pour, with a small white head. Funky, bretty nose with some nice mango and tropical fruit aromas. Malts are subtle but still quite up front, bready and biscuity. From the aroma I’m expecting sweet, hoppy notes, but it’s quite dry, with a medium li Gering bitterness. Finish is just slightly grassy with some light fruit, and funk. Ends very abruptly and very dry.

Bottle at RBSG. Cloudy gold pour, some head. Lovely aroma. Citrus sour, brett, light toast. Citrus, funk, moderately bitter, mineral. Wait, this is an IPA?!?

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Big citrusy hop character. Funky, lightly acidic, lemon, light horse blanket. Fantastic.

[Bottle (750ml) shared with & c/o HogTownHarry at Bar Hop] Pours a slightly hazy dark golden-amber with an average size semi-lasting frothy off-white head. Really nice aroma, bretty and hoppy, also herbal, floral and fruity and with a hint of bread. Flavour, also nice, is bretty and hoppy along with some fruit, herbs and a moderately big bitter finish. Medium bodied. I loved this, thanks Harry.

February 12, 2015 - treated myself to a bottle of this at Bar Hop. Slightly hazy orange-gold with a large, slightly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is brett, some fruitiness, with wildflowers and alcohol - lovely, lovely stuff. Taste follows, but simple with more alcohol and some dry herbal bitterness - solid, with something I couldn’t quite place in the taste that detracted a little bit. Slick, average carbonation and body, fairly quick dry and funky finish - a simple beer but amazingly drinkable. Apparently I loudly asked "why don’t they put THIS [good] SHIT in cans!!????!!!!"

Hazed brown pour with off white head and lace. Aroma is tart brettiness and fruit. Flat tartness on the flavor with a flat papery bitter. A touch thin and fizzy. rbwg

Sampled at the RBSG 2014. It poured an orange color with an off-white head. The aroma was of citrus, some Brett and spicy hops. The taste was similar with citrus and spicy hops.

Bottle @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Thanks to the Canadian Contingent. Slightly hazed amber pour with a tall white head. Nice baked apple, lemon, and peach on the nose. A slight spiciness, some pineapple, and woody hops. Flavor is fairly funky...much more so than expected. Lots of yeast, cedar, and must. Some pineapple tropical character to it. A bit of citrus, subtle tartness, and stone fruit sweetness. Good stuff.
