Tap. Copper orange pour, medium head that doesn’t last. Heavy tropical fruit aroma, caramel. Taste is fruity again, pineapple, caramel leading into a resin hop finish. Moderate to strong bitter finish.

Has a nice color and a huge creamy head. Very nice hop profile, fresh with some tropical fruit. The only big problem with this beer is the overwhelming alcohol.

Rich garden aroma, flowers and c vegetables. Pale gold with lacing head. Medium to full bodied, slight heat, tons of hop resin balanced by a rich malt base, hints of caramel, bitter, oily. Packs a real punch! Tasty!

600ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that retains well and leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is light exotic fruits with some grapefruit and caramel. Taste is a light fruity and malty sweetness with a grapefruit hop bitterness. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Overall, this is a truly enjoyable DIPA that is very welcoming to the palate, effervescent and tasty, with a nice balance.

Tasted from the bottle on the 14/06/2015. Hazy amber colour with medium off-white head and good lace. Aroma is fruity, caramel, spice and citric hops. Taste is modest tropical fruit, toffee, spice and resinous/citrusy hops. Fine carbonation and body. Next one please!

Très forte et très goûteuse. En fin de soirée mais prendra sans doute toute la bouteille a apprivoiser

Pour is Metamucil orange with a medium, long-lasting white cap that leaves nice lace. Nose is a tropical fruit BOMB, to the point that I had to check the label to see if they’d added Five-Alive to this brew. At first I get almost pure pineapple juice, but as it warms I find mango, orange, peach (or apricot), along with some sugary malt. Taste is a sweet malt with all the fruity notes above. Slightly bitter finish with a dry, boozy aspect that seems slightly out of place. Somehow the alcohol seems both well-masked and slightly sharp, almost like I’m drinking this beer as a whiskey chaser. Still there’s so much good stuff going on here, I feel like this beer is baby steps away from being absolutely epic. (However given some of the reviews below I wonder if I simply lucked out.)
