Bouteille 750 ml. 7%. Couleur jaune or assez foncée, mousse blanche mince.

Aroma is sour with grapefruit and lots of earthy and bretta tones. Also some urinal cake. Flavour is sour and tart with some grapefruit tones and urinal cake. Finishes with some unpleasant milky tones. Nice anyway.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2014 750 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Tick #5300. Pours a hazy golden colour. Aroma of funk, gooseberry bush, rowanberries, herbs and citrus. Flavour of tart berries, herbs, citrus, harsh bitterness and some fresh grassy notes. Nice tartness. Medium bodied and a dry, citrusy, bitter finish. Quite nicely balanced.

I can’t believe I’ve never rated this one, thanks to Minderbinder for sharing! Pours a clear golden with a low white head that offers good lacing. Nose is of white grapes, wine and brett leather. Taste is dry, fruity and cheesy. Lightly tart and elegant just like I remember it being, mouthfeel is slightly liquorous and juicy. Great beer, one of our best!

Dark orange colour with an off-white head with good duration and nice lacework. Aroma with wooden notes, caramel, moderate malty and some spicy notes. Flavor is sourish with bready notes, good maltiness, slightly citrus and tartar notes. Sourish final with good duration, slightly dry on palate with wooden notes.
