750ml bottle. Mostly hazy darker orange color. Rust colored.. Nice thin off-white head. Leaves impressive splotches of lace. Awesome aromas to this, some plum, apricot, pineapple cake (as Alden remarks), wood tannins, orange citrus. Just lightly spicy, good light funk. Moderate sweet taste, light tart. Good light bitterness. Really nice, flavorful, complex sour! Later, yeastier pours are nice, too... Extra tart and spicy. Nice.

A toast for Cole: Bottle from Beer:30 in Jax. Orange-gold pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is yeast, background sweet tart. Tastes are all light - brett, funk, citrus peel, herbal, grape, wood, vinegar. Appreciated more with each sip. Generally like a little more sour in my sour, but this is quite good.

Bottle at home. Pours lightly hazy dark orange with a medium, fizzy white head, long retention with spare lacing.

Nice frothy white head (I say that a lot). Aroma- man I want to swim in this, lemon, grass, white wine grape, vinous..lovely. Taste, lots of saison like character at first, nice mild hops, grains, and then comes the wine barrel, slight sour, sweet, oak, very refreshing and crisp and extremely well put together. Theses guys are killing it! Really nice beer.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours brassy gold with a slight head. Aroma is a bit sweet/tart. Dusty. Hints of apples. Med body or better. Flavor is earthy tart. Gets a bit grapey. A touch of must. So a sour/earthy/tart finish with some woody notes.

Wow!!!!! Excellent!!! Coup de coeur!! Une bière sublime qui goûte les fruits d’été tels que les abricots, les pêches et les poires. Une bière assez acidulée avec un bon houblon sans trop grande amertume. Un vrai délice!

750 ml bottle. Clear pink gold with white frosting. Nose is honeysuckle, lemon zest, slight funk and green apple. Creamy with a bright bubbly bite. Taste is yeast, honeydew, clover and underripe strawberry. Finishes dry and herbal; just a bit sour. Lovely.
