Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with lots of white tight fizzy foam. The nose is bright fruit, grape must, pineapple, dusty hay. The palate follows with a lot of tiny fizzy bubbles...brett funk, musty grape, stonefruit, dust and a touch of a lemon yogurt. Nice rustic grain backbone and a clean finish.

750 ml bottle to oversized snifter (shared with the Mrs.; thanks DuffMan). Looks good; a fairly transparent orange with fluffy off-white head. Smells good too; tart and funky with notes of tropical fruit, brett, and light spice. Tastes like it smells, only softer. NiceNAND dry on the palate. Good beer.

RBSG 2013. Good looking bottle. Opaque yellow color. Earthy and sour with lots of yeast and some light berry.

Bottle. From notes. Very good. Apple and tart wine. A decent amount of Brett in there too. Would love to try it again.

pours unclear orange with a nice white cap, some retention and lacing. bready lightly toasted malts, doughyness - with its sweetness, bretty - leathery, very fruity and juicy - peaches, white grapes - ice cider-like fruitiness and sweetness, tingling botrytis and other wild stuff. average to moderate carbonation, medium body - oily and almost sticky, drying finish - not really dry, winey and grassy-spicy finish. unique, tasty and very enjoyable.

Very well-balanced sour. Nice level of bretta and some fruity orange tangerine. Some funky malt as well. Sour and bitter finish. Everything blends well here. Some tang as well. Bottle at Volo for Zwanze Day.

Malty peach. Aroma is very mild sour. Taste is a good balance between the yeast of a saison and sour of a wild ale. Light tart. Palate is not ridiculously difficult. Decent sour ale.

75cL bottle from work (Co-op WSB). Brought this out to celebrate beginning of a long weekend. Clear golden pour (bit of a reddish tinge maybe, or just odd lighting in my buddy’s kitchen) with a sticky white foam that bubbles away fairly quick. Wondrous aromas of manuka honey, vanilla, lavender, and cornbread ooze out of this gem. Palate is sticky bubble gum sweetness, and the sourness of the brett comes in with some glorious grapey, sour apple notes. Fantastique from ltdd!

75cl bottle at CBC Clerkenwell, thanks to Bruce! Hazy amber pour with a big pillowy head. Nose holds big cheesecloth, brett, spicy herbs, cherry, and apple. The flavor has big barrely tannic qualities, chardonnay, cinnamon, and dry barnyard. The palate is extremely dry and really lets the complexities of the flavor shine through. Great sour.
