Palais enrobant. Belle bière pour beer geek de terrasse.

Bottle at Cafe Sara, january 15th 2016. Hazy light orange body with a fine white head. Aroma is bretty with berries, citrus and wheat. Extremely fresh and appealing! Taste is bitter grapefruit with sour notes, a funky wheat end and berries with spicy yeast esters. Dry ending, with a fresh sour aftertaste. This was just beatiful!

Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ "De grote Black Tuesday Tasting". Hazy golden, small white head. Nose is puckering stone fruit, mango & plastic sourness. Taste is dull plastic with some mango, sour papaya, red fruit, lightly puckering, stone fruit, lightly sour. Sour fruit body. Too bad about the plastic streak / taste, could have been better but not bad as it is now.
