Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Attractive aroma of crisp malt, field flowers and tart fruits. The flavor is very pleasant and refreshing, the malt is crisp and it’s accompanied by field flowers and tart fruits, it is dry in the finish. The body is medium and creamy and the carbonation is lively. I’m not sure if this is dead-on with the kolsch style but I like it a lot.

Mondial 2007. Significant head. WIne amber colour, German yeast and malts according to Andre the brewer. Good malting, sour finish. If I have misclassified this one because of translation, please beermail me to correct.
