Nice one. Nice spice throughout, pretty full mouthfeel. Some orange peel as well. Light/Med sweet, light bitter.

Tap at Paradiso Dupont. Pours a full haze orange. Weak head. Nose is estery, yellow fruity, golden raisin, rum cake. Taste is denser banana, sugar, mild bitterness, minty. Palate is dryer, soapy. As it warms, the taste foes quite mealy apple with sticky candies.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and light citrus aroma. Yest and spice flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Yeast and light citrus lingers with spice. Well done.

Drank on tap (20 oz) at Le Saint-Graal (Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec) on January 12, 2013. Beige hazy, medium head. Spice aroma very fragrant, dry pale malt note. Pale malt taste very dry, savory herbs, aftertaste of bitter herbs. This is very good, it’s almost a saison!

Glass, 5-ounce, draught, on the premise, during the La journée des brasseurs, savoured August 11 2012; eye: yellowish with a milky hue, hazy, no effervescence, tiny ring of white head, slight lacing; nose: yeast, citrusy, slight grain, slight fruity; mouth: yeast, citrusy, slight malt, slight fruity, short and thin finale in malt with light presence of yeast, medium-light body, good carbonation, thin; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Verre, 5 onces, en fût, bue sur place, lors de La journée des brasseurs, savourée le 11 août 2012; œil : jaunâtre avec une teinte laiteuse, voilée, pas d’effervescence, petit anneau de mousse blanc, très légère dentelle; nez : levure, citrique, très léger grain, très léger fruité; bouche : levure, citrique, très léger malt, très léger fruité, finale courte et mince en malt avec légère présence de levure, corps moyen-léger, bonne carbonatation, mince; en résumé : correct

On tap at Festibière de Québec. Opaque whitish with short-lasting white head. Smells like yeast. Tastes like bread and fruits. Dry bread taste in the finish. Medium to strong bodied. Rich texture, smooth mouthfeel. Good belgian-style.

On tap at Bateau de Nuit. Pours blond with high white creamy head. Nice lacing. Aroma is of yeast, citrus. Taste is of yeast, malt, citrus, slightly bitter, fruits, spices. Overall: Very good. Nice yeasts in there.

on tap at bateau de nuit, qc. slightly hazy pale golden with a nice white head, some retention. crispy malts, belgian spices and vanilla, light cardboard, light acidity and booze. prickly to soft carbonation, light to medium body, nice short to medium long grapefruity finish. nice!

On tap at La Souche (Limoilou). Hazy yellow-orange with a nice small creamy white head and good lacing. Aroma of belgian yeast with spices and herbal/floral notes. Taste is malty with herbal and mint notes. Medium body. Good belgian ale.
