Brune très foncé. Sucré. Légèrement chocolaté. Forte amertume. Fruité. Résineuse. Caramel. Bleuet.

Draught at TdD Tap Takeover, Wvrst, May 26. Pours a clear deep ruby-brown, slightly oily-looking, with a small fizzy tan head. Aroma of caramel malt and fruit, also a bit sweet and a touch vegetal. Fruity, sweet and yeasty flavour along with caramel malt and hops. Medium bodied. I’ve no idea what the style was supposed to be but it was good.

2013-05-26. Lightly hazy brown body modest beige head and lace. Aroma has more hop character than the flavour, light leafy greens over malty core. 7+ Flavour is sweet and malty up front, sugary notes in the middle, not a ton of hop character given the name, but I quite like the malt character. of the base. 7++ Smooth average plus bodied palate, light carbonation. The hops are less prominent than you’d expect but add just enough to add to the drinkability of a robust sweetly malty base. I quite like it. On tap at Wvrst, Toronto
