COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a clear yellow color with a thin white head. Lacing stays on the glass for a pretty long time. Sweet malt nose, wheat, with a bit of caramel and floral hops. Light to medium body. Medium bitterness. Quite well balanced.

Sucre faible. Acidité faible. Bonne amertume en final. Odeur de foin et pamplemousse. Effervescente en bouche.

Pours a new 1 finger head with great lacing. Dark gold colour with a slight cloudiness to it. Taste is almost pine but not quite, stays in the citrus skin range. Otherwise, there are caramel and malt with upper range bitterness. I’d have it again.

Well wicked art work to start, as are all of Trou’s bottles. Poured amber with little frothy head. Aroma was of fruits, flowers, and honey, like being in a meadow. Tasted of resin, tart fruits, floral hops and even some lemon in there as well. Had low carbonation and a smooth medium body, with a refreshing bitter aftertaste. Trou du Diable does it again.

T du D always goes heavy and this offering is no exception. A white head sits comfortably on top of a light yellow straw body that is quite relaxed in the carbonation department. Big blasts of fruity hops, honey and floral goodness smack the nose. Tartness, floral hops and light honey make this bitter-finishing monster a fine quaff.
