COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Color naranja turbio, espuma persistente. Final seco y moderadamente amargo. Excelente y muy refrescante.

somewhat malty and hoppy, but somehow is easy drinking. Stronger finish though.

Bottle (Saveur)
Orange hazy color, small white head. Fruity, aromatic nose with yeast and mango. Light to medium-bodied. Piney, mango fruity, pale malty flavor. Sweetish, decent bitterness. Something English also here. Balanced.

Bonito color dorado, turbia.

600ml bottle from Pasquier. Brewed on the 19th of Feb. Feb Aroma: citrus, herbacy and earthy, some spices. App: cloudy golden, small white head with a circle of big bubbles in the middle, no real lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, creamy feel, resinous, light clean bitter finish. Overall: A good APA but unfortunately lacks a bit of fruitiness to my tastes but could be because it’s 3 months old. I also prefer my APA crisp rather than clean but still enjoyed it

Bottle from Wine Emporium 100515. Clear golden colour with a mountain of sort white foam, looks like a scoop of ice cream. Aroma is very piney with a smooth easy to drink flavour. Great name and great packaging.

Pours a hazy caramel topped by about a finger of fluffy white head showing good retention and leaving medium-sized chunks along the side of the glass. The nose is orange peel, lemon, some grapefruit and bready caramel in the back. The taste is bold and hoppy with the citrusy features at the forefront. They all drop to a dry low and make you think it’s over, but it all swirls back to create an unexpected bready finish. The hops are bold, but the malts get to shine too. Decent carbonation and semi-oily mouthfeel, a pretty good APA. Cheers!
