On tap at WVRST. Clear dark copper with a foamy head. Mild tropical fruit aroma. Taste of pepper, caramel and bread malts, with a dry finish. Medium body, nice carbonation. Tastes like a hybrid of an American and English pale ale. Enjoyable.

Draught at TdD Tap Takeover, Wvrst, May 26. Pours a deep orange-amber, a bit oily-looking, with an average size semi-lasting tan head. Aroma is vegetal and grainy along with pale malt and light hops. Flavour is grainy along with pale malt, a bit of fruit and a big bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Just OK, my least favourite TdD offering of the day.

Strange beer. Pours reddish clear with ok head and lacing. Aroma of grass, hay and a little funk. Bitter finish. Average carbonation with slick texture. Tap at volos.

On tap at Volo. Dark copper in colour with a small, sticky beige head. Pleasant floral aroma reminiscent of rose petals. Malt and hops are in balance in the subdued flavour. IPA level bitterness in the finish. Nothing like the floral notes in the aroma. Okay.

Flavour is similar, pleasant hoppy character has modest fruit character, muted citrus, and leafy undertones. Lingering moderate bitterness in the finish. Average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. 3+ Enjoyable. On tap at Wvrst, Toronto

On tap @ L’Hermite (Victoriaville). Clear dark amber with a small off-white head and little lacing. Aroma is herbal with caramel, resinous notes and citrus. Taste is moderately sweet with caramel, herbal notes, resinous presence, light citrus and moderate bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Too much "caramel" in this one. Not refreshing enough. Not complex either.

Deep amber pour with a sticky white head. The aroma has a lot of bright citrusy hops and some fresh malt comes through. A bit of sulfur in here actually but it’s not all that distracting. Minerally and flinty bitterness on the back.

Lacey, lagerish mouthfeel and dark brown. The brewer called it a hoppy alt beer. Cascadian, but not the black IPA style. Decent and drinkable. Tap takeover at WVRST.
