Bottled@SBWF2014. Small white head on a pale yellow body. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly salty notes along with some grass and earth. Flavour is salty, mildly floral, some bready malts as well as mild grassy and herbal notes. Balanced, but not all too special.

Bottle at SBWF2014. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Grainy sweet malty aroma. Light-bodied. Grainy, almost rice like flavor. Easygoing.

Pour is hazy straw colour with pure white head with very little retention/lacing. Nose is bread, honey, lemon, faint floral notes. Taste follows, though the flowers come out a bit more, as does some earth and must. Finish is crisp and spicy, as it should be. Another solid entry from these guys, though not my fave.

Slightly hazy golden pour with an average white head that leaves some lace. Light grain and lemon zest on the nose with an earthy hint. A little livelier on the palate but maintains the same profile. Fairly high carbonation.

[5753-20130830] Tap. Fresh straw grains aroma has a floral yeast note. Clear, golden yellow body with a long-lasting creamy white head and lots of bubbles. Straw petrol yeast grain flavour. Medium body. Average. (7/3/6/3/14) 3.3

Easily the best ’Sner I have ’snerred in a ’sner’s age! T du D just bangs beers out of the park, especially styles I am not a huge go-to fan of. It’s a hazy light straw with a thin white head that smells of wheat, corn, must basement, cereal and white wine. Taste is bittersweet, light caramel and white bread. I’d pound this Pils on the reezy son...uhhh!

Pours golden with some white head. Aroma of honey and a bit of citrus. Tastes of the same. Refreshing but nothing special.

Le Trou has never let me down yet. Poured a hazy straw with a small sudsy head that disappeared fast. Aroma was of wheat, honey, citrus, and a little vinous. Tasted of cereal, wheat, and light orange flavour. Had a medium body with a smooth mouth feel and low carbonation. It had a weak white wine bite near the end, which was refreshing. Not big on Pilseners, but Trou always does a nice twist on things.

600 mL bottle courtesy of Graham, served in a tasting glass. Pours clear amber with a small white head that fades to a thin remnant and leaves a small amount of fine lace. The nose has big pilsnery, grainy malts with grassy hops, pale fruit and soft tropical fruit, citrus peel and a touch of pine. The flavour is fairly dry with pale malts, grass and tropical fruit. The finish is long and fruity but quite dry. On the palate it is medium in body with a slightly dry texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a nice keller pils that introduces some American hop notes to the mix. 2014-08-02
