Citrus. Fruity Malt, Peach, nice crispiness, dry finish. Very nice balance of flavors for a blond.

375 mL bottle. Pours light straw with a dense white head that lasts. Streaming bubbles. Light cereals on the nose, coriander, lemon, floral, white grape and perfume like hop notes. Dry and crisp with a light bitterness and slightly tart finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Very impressive!

Very pale light blonde, citrus full taste. Very low carbonate, but leave a full lasting taste and head when poured. Citrus aroma.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of lightly sweet malt backbones is refreshing. Taste is mostly dominated by lightly sweet cereal notes with some light herbal notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable and refreshing but I would have liked this better with a more crispy dry hops finish.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2014 Pours a hazy and pale golden with a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Nose carries a few sulfur notes but mostly fresh pils and herbs. Taste is dry with a nice and moderate bitterness. Flavors are fruity, reminding of citrus. Fresh grains also make an appearance. Finish is good and bitter, clearing the palate quite efficiently. Body is light, carbonation medium-high. This might be a good choice this summer between everything else that I plan on drinking next summer.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2015 pours hazy bright yellow with a frothy and creamy white head, good retention and strong lacing - beautiful. floral-grassy nobleness, pale crisp bready and lightly sweet malts, fresh grainy cereals, sulfur indeed, lemon zing, very yeasty - like sticking your nose in a fermenter, dustiness and chalk too, woodsy vanilla. average to moderate carbonation, light body, herbal-grassy-chalky-citrusy pils-like (duh) finish. very googd!

(backlog Mondial de la bière, Mulhouse 09/2013). Very pricey sample for a Pils, even an award-winning one. Nose of Citrus and fruity lemonade.  Very clean. Peach, exotic canned fruits. Mild Pils hoppiness, some malt sweetness. Acidity from ?wheat, as in Berliner Weisse. Near refreshing, plenty of character, sessionable.
