Nice solid ale style session brew. Mild grassy and cereal aroma with a hint of honey sweetness. Sweet cereal and grainy mid palate with a hint of caramel and a grassy hop base. Some light citrus fruits accompany the grassy hops but are a bit subtle. Mild mannered finish with a hint of a skunky kickback. Overall a nice sessionable brew.

On tap @ L’Hermite (Victoriaville). Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is slightly herbal with notes of pilsner malt and citrus notes. Taste is crisp with herbal presence, slight malt and subtle citrus notes. Thin body. Refreshing and drinkable. Not sure I would revisit though.

On tap at Hivern’ale 2013 in Gatineau Aroma: Cereal, grain Visual: Hazy golden blond with generous creamy head and nice lacing. Taste: Green grass and cereal. Very well balanced. I first tough it was a German lager. Was it or not?

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, fruity biscuit malt with mineral notes, not bad. In mouth, a classic pils with smooth German hops, a tad sweet OK. On tap at Oktoberfest des Québécois 2012, Sept. 8 2012.
