5oz draft into a wee snifter on tap at Stillwell. Pours a hazy golden colour with a light fluffy head. Wheaty and grassy nose with a light hoppiness and a hint of citrus. Rather mild and homey, with a bit of sweetness and a light bitter finish. Medium bodied, light carbonation. Pleasant.

[Draught at Volo] Pours a hazy pale yellow with an average size semi-lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of light funk, some fruit, light spices, yeast and bready malt. Flavour is yeasty and lightly funky along with spices, citrus and bready malt. Dry finish. Average to medium bodied. A solid Belgian Ale.

On tap at National Capital Beer Festival. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a generous off white head. Light citrus, bit of wheat, some yeast with a very slight funkiness. Easy to drink, moderate+ carbonation, mild body, light bitterness that is refreshing with a somewhat dry yet chewy finish.

On tap at pig, pours clearish gold, with minimum head. Aromas and taste are clean malt, hops, apples and yeast. Light spice, dark fruit, and mint. A little lagery, pretty good.

Slight haze acidic, touch of fruity yeast, pale malt....simple but dry and refreshing. Good beer, very TdD, which is basically a stamp of approval. 3 7 8 4 15

25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Clear light citrus golden, huge white whipped head. Nose is soapy, grass, clean, bitter grass. Taste is esters, clean, lemongrass, citrus, BE profile, clean, slightly watery, faint soap. Clean, easy to drink but not particularly exiting. Seems like another CA BE style brew that gets for whatever inflated scores. Aptly made for sure.
