COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a hazy golden yellow with lots of white head and lots of lacing. Smell is citrus, grass, and a slight sweetness I can’t quite place. Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste is a soft bitterness that rises and falls along with a bit of spice. Aftertaste has a pretty sharp cutoff. Good table beer, and eminently drinkable.

Nice little beer. Pours golden clear with a little head. Aromas of brett, some floral hops and sweetened malt. Some booze as well. Medium carbonation, bittersweet leave. Some lacing. Liked this one - great for style. Bottle thanks to good-looking girl next to me at bar who poured me a taste at volos.

500 ml bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits (Halifax). Pours a completely hazy slightly golden light yellow with average-sized white head. Aroma is somewhat funky yeast, lemon and sweet wheat. Flavour is fairly strong zesty lemon, mellow yeastiness and sweet grains. Lively carbonation. Pleasant.

[4436-20120602] Bottle. Mild cardboardy yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Light grassy yeast flavour. Light-medium body has a bit of a dry finish. Good, drinkable, nothing really stands out -- ha ha, I wrote down ’beertrueze’. (6/4/7/3/14) 3.4

2012-06-02. Lightly hazy, dark yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Aroma is a touch sharp at first, light musty funk, lemon. 7+ Flavour is similar, light funk, light lemon, pale malt in the finish. 7+ Smooth average palate suits the beer. 3+ Quite quaffable, pleasant. Alcohol content is nearly invisible. Sample from bottle at Wvrst, Toronto

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow pour with an average white head. Belgian yeast and candi sugar dominate the nose with not much else going on. Light and easy with a little funk and slight sweetness. Quite bubbly and dry.

(Embout. Janv 12)(030213)
