COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Really nice smell. Yeasty and lots of esters, not quite banana but close. Hazy gold. Very nice soft carbonation. Flavor is similar to smell. Very nice!

orange color and some degree of turbidity, presents a crown of white foam large amplitude, sponge-like and very good retention, which allows you to draw rings fit into the glass cup. elegant and fruity aroma, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus (lemon-orange), green apple, pepper, herbs and wild yeast present in the Style feature. Foreshadowed in the bottom point of brett, which gives it a touch asidrado. pleasant on the palate. Yeast, this almost to the end, accompanying, more pronounced at the beginning of drink and citrus herbal nuances, dominated the feelings but without excess or stridency. The end is dry, spicy, round and refreshing. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Very good example within the style.

Draught at BarVolo. One of their flagship beers for good reasons, a solid saison with a heady tropical and floral hoppiness, cereal bread, funky notes, dry finish. Yummy.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell - London. Many thanks to Paul! Pours unclear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds doughy bread, yeast, lemon, melon. Medium sweet flavor with notes of pale grains, sugary wheat, husk, light bitter hay. Light to medium in body with fine, spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish, phenolic, with more sugary wheat, lemon peel, melon. Basic stuff, but tasty enough.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottleshare. Thanks to Padraig. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is very airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Fluffy light malts. Classic saison floral herb. Touch of citric bitterness. Very mild spice. Airy semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Decent standard saison.
