Aroma is musty with apricot and some citrus. Very foamy palate. Flavour is tart with citrus, grapefruit and distant herbal tones. A feeling of alcohol after the finish. Not my thing, foamy palate ruins the show.

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours cloudy yellow gold white head. Nose/taste of brett, saison yeast, peppercorn, juicy lemon/lime, lemongrass and light spices. Lighter medium body. Refreshing.

A fine Saison, the lightest I have had but a welcome addition to my beerpetoire. Quite an energetic, fizzy head adorns a hazy pale straw. Herbs, basement, grapes, honey, floral hops earth and lemon take you on a wild tractor ride through a brewed wonderland. A crisp and lively beer that ends bitter and fantastic.

This beer was wicked. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy head that quickly dissipated. Aroma was of honey, grapes, basement, floral, and coriander. Tasted herby, honey, and lemony. The body was light with very lively carbonation, so much that it was tingly on the tongue and a crisp bitter finish. Very satisfying beer that is perfect for Summer days.

Bottle at Le Bremner in Montreal. Clear golden pour, with a huge white head. Big aroma of malted grains, quite a sharp bitter aroma of crisp grassy, slightly citric hops. The mouth feel ks very effervescent, with a very lively cabr. The finish is quite bitter, lots of floral, herbacious grassy/citric hops, and a great peppery touch. The malts balance quite well and add a tiny bit of grainy sweetness that is needed. Very crisp, and quenching, went amazing with my meal. A superb classic style saison.

Pours a cloudy medium gold with a huge fluffy head, good retention, and minimal lacing. Nose is floral hops, citrus, yeast, and coriander, with a little barnyard funk. Taste is similar, with a peppery edge. Medium-bodied with prickly carbonation, mild warming, and a lingering bitter dry finish. Very pleasant saison. Just enough funk to make it interesting, without making it challenging or aggressive. I like the little rye bite, as well. Lots of chunky yeast at the bottom of the bottle, but I don’t consider that a negative - you shouldn’t be able to see through your beer, anyway!

Adstringência persistente no retrogosto. Muito boa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Wvrst in Toronto, served in a snifter. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head that fades slowly and leaves a moderate amount of fine lace. The nose has Belgian spicy notes, clove, lemongrass, honey and delicate grassy hops. The flavour is lightly sweet with a moderate Belgian spiciness. Notes of clove, ginger and pepper come through as well, along with citrus, grapes, wheat and subtle fruity esters. The finish is medium in length and spicy. On the palate it is medium in body with a creamy texture and average carbonation. Overall a nice spicy saison. Great for a cool summer’s evening on the patio. 2014-06-26

On tap at the Only. Pours a cloudy golden orange with large white head and steady stream of bubbles. Aroma is saison yeast, wheat, clove, banana and apple. Flavour likewise. Lively carbonation. Solid.
