COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Lasting white frothy white head atop a cloudy golden amber body. Nose of coriander and minor citrus. Very yeasty and lemon, nice carbonation, short bitterness through the palate. Very quaffable. Purchased from Cascadia Liquors in Colwood.

What a treat from Tony (Duffman). Pours hazy gold with a medium head and great lacing. Aroma is spot-on: Lemon, yeast, hay, burlap, soil, rain. Amazing. Flavor is better than the aroma promises- wallops of bret funk, apricots, lemon, cobwebs, hemp/burlap, brie rind, some distant pepper, and grass/hay in the finish. Simply astounded by this one, maybe my favorite beer in a long while. That they got this much flavor in a 6% ABV beer is astounding.

Tasty saison. Very light and quaffable. Light spicy and lemon notes with a crisp light hoppiness and earthy doughy yeast. Good stuff.

2013/11/25 - Pours a translucent yellow /orange straw colour with a thick, fizzy white head. Aroma is dough, belgian yeast, barnyard funk and light spice. Taste follows nose with yeast, funk, biscuit, spice and a tart citrus backbone. Mouthfeel is light to medium with sharp carbonation and a crisp, drying finish. A nice saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks Tommy. A clear golden with a large white head, but quickly turns to a foamy cap. Big doughy aroma, belgian yeast, funkiness, light spice. Nice tart and crisp flavour. Funky classic saison yeast, light spice. Very nice.

On tap at BierCraft Commercial, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head with good retention. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus zest, and a little horse blanket. Flavour brings out smooth horse blanket, dry citrus zest, and Belgian yeast. Extremely smooth and dry, with exceedingly high drinkability. Awesome saison.

J’aime beaucoup l’arôme! Ça sent frais, ça sent les céréales, ça sent la bière réussie, ça sent bon! Absolument aucune trace d’alcool.

375 ml bottle into an English pint glass. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a fluffy white head and some minor lacing. Grassy nose with a citrusy grapefruit flavour with a hint of peach and light spicy notes.
