4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Great saison, combining rusticity and elegance. The aroma is almost perfect, as you can expect of a classic saison. Earthy, floral, orangish and spicy notes -very spicy- round a overwhelming overall. Exceptional stuff

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at the Syb Pig in Boca. Snifter. Pours a hay color with a pillowy head that lasted and laced some. The aroma is floral, some citrus, barnyard, wet dog, and perfume. The taste is similar with flowers, barnyard, slight cheese, funk, light color fruits, and hay. The finish is somewhat funky and floral. High carbonation, crisp. Great saison.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Big bottle pour@5e Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse. Thin fluffy hay-yellow beer. Aroma somewhere between perfumed wit yeast and bitter lemon infused civilised brett, aka New World saison. Thin bitter lemons meet and outplay well-behaving brett from the urbanised fermette courtyard. Pleasant, breezy summer sessioner.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375ml bottle. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a three finger, fluffy, white head. Aroma has nice notes of citrus, spice, a hint of bubble gum, and some farmhouse funk. Not overly sweet. Taste is balanced. Citrus, spice, farmhouse, a touch of yeast, and a bit of floral at the end. Medium body with a high carbonation. Clean in the mouth with a effervescent carbonation. Overall a pretty tasty saison. Great mouth feel with solid flavours of citrus, spice, and farmhouse.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dishwater gold with a huge foamy white head. Thru all the foam the aroma is fruit and earth. Med body or better. Flavor is fruit, spice, earth. All somewhat mild individually, but rather flavorful together. Finishes well towards dry and earthy/spicy/fruity. Just excellent.

This is a nice almost sessionable Saison - yeasty and dry and a little fruit on the palate. Nice.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy golden pour with a huge thick white head. The nose is bright and spicy with a bit of lemon and a touch of clove along with a bit of white pepper and a dry malt backbone. It’s got a lot of yeast character but isn’t too phenolic. Has some dustiness and a bit of perfumey notes as well as some lingering fruitiness. Pear and apple esters along with some nice spiciness. It’s a lovely approachable saison.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Vices et Versa. A Classic cloudy straw gold. It has a big wheaty spicy saison aroma that is quite full on. Quite full bodied with a full velvety mouthfeel. The taste is spicy, bitter Brett like funky farmhouse. A clean saison with a decent amount of complexity - nice.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (flowers), lightly to moderately yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of gum, peach, pineapple.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Nice tropical nose, very fruity. A bit sweet in the mouth but still fairly quaffable. Maybe more of a plain Belgian golden ale than a saison, but still pleasant.
