Pours straw with just the right amount of orange. Big bubbly white rough head. Extremely hazy with modest fine sand sediment. Citric yeasty bread nose. Lots of grass. Translating into a very even sour palate. Busy but pleasant carbonation. Funky yeast. Hops are solid, and finish has a lemony punch. There are patches of the beer where nothing but a carbonated water can be tasted. Oddly clean. Very stylish.

375 ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a pale yellow, cloudy, with large white head. Smell is dominated by Belgian yeast, banana, herbs, lemon. Effervescent carbonation. Taste is full of herbs and spice with a Belgian funk finish. Mildly bitter, with hints of tropical fruit. Refreshing too.

Bottle received from Winter Santa 13/14. Thank you pushkinwow! Pours very hazy, almost milky, yellow with a huge frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky and spotty lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly grainy, tiny estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, cereal, pear skins, unripe banana, dry soil, white pepper corns, apple sauce, cloves, hay and hints of leather. Taste is very tiny sweet, tiny bitter, very tiny estery, slightly phenolic and tiny funky with crackers, hay, sheet metal, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest, wheat flour, white pepper corns, coriander and hints of dried apricots and star fruit. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, very tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly grainy with crackers, cereal, hay, dry soil, coriander, pear skins, grape skins and lemon zest. slightly too heavy on the metallic phenols in the taste. It’s good but I had expected more…

375ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden hue, with a HUGE head of white bubbles. The nose is lemon, lychee, light tropical fruit, paraffin, and light spice. Smells GREAT! The taste is fruity with light apricot/peach notes and mineral bitterness that leads into crisp hard water notes, mineral heavy bitterness with Belgian yeast, and more fruitiness in the finish. Easy drinking, and very enjoyable. Well done!

Smells great, fresh spicy notes, some sweet belgian yeast and some grassy/floral hops. Hazy with tons of effervescence, foamy white head. Quite a well made saison, upfront some lemony/spicy notes, finishes with grassy hops and a belgian-yeast sweetness. A hint of funk enhances the beer. Light bodied and highly carbonated. Good saison.

Aroma is clove, straw, and hay. Taste is sweet malts that are met quickly with a bitterness that has tanginess and some grass/clove hints. Finishes fairly smooth. Appearance is a cloudy gold /orange with a bubbly pearl head that retains fairly well.

600 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of grains, some citrus and yeast. Flavour of grainy malts, yeast, citrusy bitterness, some apricot and cardboard. Medium bodied and harsh foamy mouthfeel. Only decent.

60 cl bottle.
Pours hazy golden color with a large head. Apricot and herbs on the nose, yeast, earthy notes and some hay also. Slightly fruity and funky flavor, earth, some apricot, grass and some faint cardboard notes. I’ve had better Saisons, this isn’t as refreshing as I hoped, decent anyway.

600ml bottle

Pours hazy yellowish orange with a small head. Aroma of yeasty and earthy notes, spices, grass, farmyard and floral hops. Taste is tartish, floral hoppy, spicy, grassy and earthy with some yeastiness. Finish is sweetish, slightly tart and floral with some yeastiness. Okay earthy saison.
