COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

600 ml bottle thanks to lukaduke! Poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a hazy light copper with a big white head of foam. Good retention. It actually took quite awhile to pour the beer. The aroma has dry white wine notes, some green tea herbal aspects, a touch fruity. The taste is sweet and dry initially. Grassy, mild bitterness, perfumy, effervescent. High carbonation. Medium body. Pretty refreshing.

Impressioni generali: Birra fruttata, rinfrescante e decisamente croccante. Buonissima, ne avrei bevuto ben più di 60 cl, forse sessanta litri sarebbero stati giusti.

A cloudy, lemon yellow colour, a head is very big and blond. The aroma is nice and fruitful, slightly tropical, some papaiyas, lemon, fruits from yeast, low spicyness and sourness. Taste has fruits, lots of citrusfruits, hint of papaiyas, some spices and sourness. More spices in the end. Medium bodied, strong and smooth carbonation. A great beer, positive surprise. Citrusfruity and slightly tropical saison, very tasteful.

Bottle from Pasquier. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, lemon, floral, cereal. hazy gold, with big white head quickly changing in a minimal head. Taste and palate: light-medium body, light acidity with long medium bitter and crisp finish. Quite a crisp finish too. Overall: That acidity with the bitter finish wasn’t expected at all but was a really good surprise. What a surprising palate!

Miam.

Sour smell. The taste is incredibly balanced with fitting carbonation that supports the sourness. Very refreshing.

Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a frothy white head. Nose is spicy, Belgian yeast, citrus and tropical fruits. Very promising. In the mouth, there is a nice Saison spiciness and pepper notes backed up by floral hops, citrus & banana notes, grains, and a long medium pine bitterness. Great mouth feel and high carbonation. Perfect fruity Saison!
