COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

In a bottle at Thristy & Miserable. A lovely saison that drinks lighter than its stated abv. Very refreshing and quaffable, which makes that abv all the more deadly. Very similar in aroma and flavour to a traditional Belgian saison, with perhaps a bit more grass in the nose and more citrus in the taste.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange gold colour with a white head. Lightly yeasty, lemon aroma with light clove, pepper and orange. Medium body, medium carbonation. Light peppery spice, lemon, white bread dough, light clove... Crisp, clean and very tasty.

Cloudy golden color with some powerful activity. Extra foamy white 3 finger head, lasting around 20 minutes, with average legs. Aromas of fresh fruity citrus and floral notes. Flavors of sweet grains, apple, melon, peach, pineapple, lemon, passion fruits, caramel, floral and herbal spices. Some faint grassy and citrus bitterness with more of a sweet fruity and malty feel. Slick full body with champagne like carbonation. Medium finish of short length, ending with a perfect dose of sharp herbal and coriander spicy hops and some sweet grainy citrusy tongue coat. Overall an excellent belgian style craft having super fresh and flavorful with a gentle pleasing taste, but a little vinous or boozy.

Taste: medium body with caramel sweet malt balanced with apricot and white fruits taste. Mango notes. Very tasty and ester finish. Easy drinkable and superb attenuation. Aftertaste: dry and fruity taste. Astringent and ester.

ours a hazy orangish/gold color. Aromas of tart fruit, bread, citrus, and yeasty. Flavor is malty/citrus. Leaves a yeasty orange aftertaste. Like a mellow smooth IPA. Good Beer!
