COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Now the problem with blood ink, see, is that she’s rare. You have to find and slaughter a dirty ol’ giant squid, wring that fucker’s life out of it, to get that sweet inky nectar. Luckily a brasserie Quebecois has managed to find a method to ensnare these vicious fiends and bottle their drained blood for us less ballsy types. A nice big oily mocha monster with hints of burnt bread and smoke. It beats dying to death by squid tentacles.
