COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

600ml brown bottle. Date code 01 07 15. Golden colour, hazy, suspended yeast particles. Fat white head with thick clinging lace. Nose - pine, citrus., tropical. Taste has spice, pine, grapefruit, resin, fruit. Aftertaste has resin, citrus and tropical notes. Medium resiny bitterness. Crisp carbonation profile with a medium body. Good stuff, One of the better IPAs I’ve had this summer, $8.40 at Sherbrooke, hope I can grab a few more of these soon.

Extremely well balanced. Light orange body with a haze. Finger of off white head, light carbonation. Citrus and earthy, leafy hop aroma. A pinch of tropical fruits. Fruity flavour with mild resins and an earthy hop. Well balanced hop to malt.

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, resinous floral hops over nice sweet biscuit malt, very nice and British. On tap at brewery.

600ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger of off-white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus with some earthy notes and light tropical fruits. Taste is a light fruity and malty sweetness with a citrus and earthy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Nice mouth feel. Overall, this is a easy drinking IPA that is nicely balanced and tasty.

Bottle from Legacy. Cloudy and pale, big head. The aroma is very fruity, coriander leaf, grapefruit and blood orange, with biscuity pale malts. Very bitter, clean, lightly fruity, citrus rind. Hugely refreshing, lightly effervescent. One of their best - and they make a lot of nice beers on this type. Perfect beach beer.

[7385-20150714] Tap. Mild grainy fruit aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy off-white head and some lacing. Bitter stringy vegetable and acidic toasted grains flavour. Medium body. Interesting arrangement. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

Keg at Stillwell. It pours cloudy orange with a decent white head. The nose is soft, juicy, orange muffin, candied peel, mango, apricot, brioche and almond croissant. The taste is smooth, toasty, bitter-sweet, toasty, earthy, bready malts, mild alcohol, apricot, brioche, some alcohol warmth and toasty grass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, velvety carbonation. Not a whole lot to it, but enjoyable. Well-rounded and quaffable.
