COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at le mondiale 2011. Reminds me very much of the dubai just a little dialed back. Good citrus hops and a good maltiness that doesnt take away from the wonderful hoppiness. Very dry bitter finish, a good ipa.

(Rating #3713)

A blonde IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, a super fragrant floral hops, catnip, menthol, super american. In mouth, a super fragrant ale with biscuitty malt, very smooth, discreet catty hops, very nice. On tap at Mondial 2011, June 10, 2011.

Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with a nice foamy head with ok retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus is dominant and quite enjoyable with nice floral undertones. Taste is dominated by citrus notes with bitter finish offset by some floral notes. Dry caramel malt body is present though doesn’t interfere with the hops profile. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed and interesting to taste the Citra hops directly.

Tasting at the 18th Mondial de la bière, June 9, 2011. Blonde clear, small head. Aroma of dry hops, notes of grapefruit and herbs. Good grapefruit hoppy taste, not too sweet, good bitterness. Very blond for its style, but it is good!

Pale yellow pour with thin white head. Aroma of lemon peel and fresh cut hay - classic citra. Taste is very citrusy, lots of fresh hops, crisp malt and slightly bitter finish. Palate is a tad thin and watery. Refreshing.

Really nice fresh grassy citrus nose. Brilliantly ear golden body is topped by a shy white head that recedes rapidly to ring. Strong upfront bitterness with citrus and floral hop notes over lingering malt sweetness. Dry light body with moderate to strong carbonation. Sampled on tap at Mondiale 2011.
