<b>No 545</b><br /> <b>Rated: 01.09.2008</b><br /> <b>Pet brown, 1500 ml bought at Tesco in Zywiec, 11.9 P</b><br /> <b>Appearance: </b>Pours genuine golden body with perfectly clear texture and moderate saturation with quite lively carbonation, head is initially medium but very quickly decreasing to minimal, slightly greyish, foamy, no lacing.<br /> <b>Aroma: </b>Slightly sweet but still thin malty with accents of honey, low hoppy profile, rather wattery, better than ’Holba Serak’ but thin. Quitr refreshing.<br /> <b>Flavour: </b>Thin and wattery but refreshing, thin grainy and very gently hoppy with citrusy - lemon accents. Somehow lacking in deepness and character, flat, more like a Premium Lager than a Bohemian Pilsener. Finish duration is moderate.<br /> <b>Palate: </b>Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is quite high, finish feel is kind of flat, chalky and cotton wool.<br />

Gold with neat large head on top . Soft grassy and mild barley aroma . Quiet bitter front , sadly slightly thin malt work . Green and grassy finish .
