gary07734 (210), Tyne & Wear, England Aug 9, 2008 Very pale yellow pint, with a small bitter finish, some hops and a straw/grass flavour.
Reasonably tasty pint. weaselkenievil (397), Cheshire, England Jul 21, 2008 Cask at The Vale Inn, Bollington. I don’t like Bollington but I must say good on the people who tried to put a mini beer festival on and stock some nice Belgians. Good work fellas. You can be hard pressed to find good beer round here. Wouldn’t rate it as a pils as such but a reasonable hoppy English lager. haddonsman (1205), Derby, Derbyshire, England Jan 31, 2006 Cask (handpulled) at the Old Oak, Horsley Woodhouse, Derbyshire 2005. A decent enough English cask lager, fairly well hopped with a reasonable cruch at the end. Was 4.6 ABV when I tried it, now risen to 4.7.
