Deep golden orange color with great white head that laces quite well.
Very spicy and hoppy, saison-like aroma; with floral and grassy notes, some graininess.
Good malty body with touch of sugar-like sweetness up front that’s effortlessly balanced by a very floral bitter hop finish.
Soft and smooth mouthfeel despite strong carbonation. Great domestic Pils!

Oct 6, 2008 On tap at Belmont Station in Portland, OR--Poured a golden (slightly amber) body with a medium white head. Zesty, crisp and sessionable. Nothing special, but a great summer beer to kick back with. Mild bready quality that bites with Euro hops in the finish. Eh.

Oct 3, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a malty slightly bready grainy aroma. Malty bready flavor wit hsome hoppy hints. Has a malty grainy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Pours a thin amber with little head. Nice fruity aroma (apple) and malt-forward, robust in its grains. Crisp hops never overpower those warm grains - this feels as if it’s pushing amber territory in some ways - but the beer has an enjoyable snap to the finish nonetheless, and certainly drinks smoothly.

Mar 27, 2008 Deep gold colour with light sparkle and a thin head. Herbal hop nose has a light grassiness and thin baguettey malts underpinning. Crisp, moderate bitterness with light caramel accent to the bready pale malts. Not bad, not bad.
