Commercial Description:
Snowblind is an English Strong Ale, with a dark reddish-brown color. A combination of 5 varieties of malt with roasted barley creates a full-bodied ale with an initial taste of sweet toffee and caramel, and a finish with notes of roasted nuts. Several armfuls of bittering and aroma hops create an assertive, yet beautifully balanced brew.

Deep amber in color with reddish highlights and a consistent but small head. Low hop aroma, mostly malt flavor with a compliment of hops. This is not the best winter warmer ever but it holds its own.

CASK CONDITIONED. I was holiday shopping, which usually makes me rather pissy, and decided I needed food or else I would end up harming someone, so stopped for a sandwitch at the bar and saw this on tap. Of course, being a complete sucker for a cask conditioned beer, I could not resist. Thank goodness too. Fantastically balanced. Roasted and nutty. Apparent but pleasing alcohol.
