Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Clouded banana yellow color. Smells of dusty malts. Some older notes as well. Tastes of sweet grain with flavorful butter. Nice finish that ends in a solid feeling.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye (marked 11/24/09). Pours with a large white head over a hazy golden body. Aroma of dryness, wheat, corn and light spice. Taste is dry with pear and sugar. Dry mouthfeel and medium bubbles.

Bottle at pilsnerpeter’s. Thanks to everybody for their generosity. Pale orange with white head and lace. Spicy fresh leafy aroma. Spciy orange vanilla leaves grass sugar with clean yeasty finish. Very good.

Pale golden cloudy pour. Thick sticky white head. The nose is malty and lightly musty. A little bit of light caramelly sweetness over an odd musty, basementy character. A fairly distinct pale malt character on the back with a light minerality on the back. It’s dry and spicy, but also oddly bland. I really want to like this, but I don’t.

Bottled. Very cloudy yellow pour. The aroma is quite nice with dry oregano, light lemon, and fresh dough. Grassy and fresh body, with a kind of cheesy, wet, farmhouse overall note. Great dryness.

Bottle: Hazy golden with a dense white head that retains well. Dry minerally phenols in the aroma with a touch of biscuity pale malt in the background and an herbal/floral component. Nice dry flavor with only a subtle touch of pale malt sweetness- bready body with again a minerally phenolic character. The back displays some herbal hop characteristics (reminiscent of chamomile). Nice and dry.
