Can. Proper piss. Below average industrial lager. 11.1°P and 5,2% ABV, how do those Polish guys do it? We can guess, but it doesnt work for me.

Canette 500ml. De couleur dorée pâle et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle et léger de houblon floral et herbeux. Mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et croustillant ainsi qu’une texture légèrement aqueuse. Goût de grains de malt pâle moyennement sucrés avec de faibles traces épicées (poivre) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi de faibles notes de biscuits puis en finale vient s’ajouter progressivement un goût légèrement amer de houblon herbeux (gazon) aux notes florales sèches. Post-goût court-moyen aux notes sèches, très légèrement amer de houblon herbeux.

Pours a light, pale, clear yellow. Some apple-like aromas. Some fruity, wheat flavours and some bitterness. I found the sweetness in this lager slightly off putting.

Can. Generic Polish/Eastern European lager. Tastes malty, as usual. There is a little more hops to the taste but not much. Drinkable but nothing memorable.

Definitely a pleasant surprise, and perhaps the best Polish lager. Good bitterness with rich malt without the typical Eastern European taste of bread.

Light fairly bland watery lager. Nothing to recommend it but also not unpleasant in anyway. A passable drinkable lager but nothing more.

A little bit heftier than your average pale lager, with some more robust hops in the flavor too.Color is a little darker golden and carbonation is fairly active. A notch above your mass market lagers, but not by much.

Can. Pours clear, pale yellow. The colour goes hand in hand with aroma and taste. Drinkable but not memorable.

Bottle. Very pale orange with a white head that doesn’t last. Aroma is grainy with a little spice and a bit of apple. Sweet, thin, cheap tasting with little bitterness. Dry and slightly peppery at the end. Pretty ordinary.

Poured from a can of 500 ml.
Colour is golden yellow, with a two finger head, good retention and average amount of bubbles.
Aroma of malts and grass.
Taste is bitter with a very slight corn flavour, other than that great.
Medium thickness on the body, a bit dry, medium carbonation.
Overall an above the average pils, very pleasant and with high drinkability.
