Bottled, pasteurised, 500ml at a Wetherspoons. Straw gold with fizzed head. Thank God, I drank this not knowing whether I had rated it before, to put yourself through it twice would be pure sadistic torture. Thin, malty, card flavour, with an unpleasant chemical sweetness. An overprocessed hop note to finish. Pretty bad on another day of bad beers.

This score/review is only for the tap version, which shows complexity not so far found in the bottled one. Strong hops in the aroma, perfectly clear body with a short head. The beer is simply crisp, very delicate. Long and satisfying finish.

Interesting flavor, very sweet but strong too. It is one of the best Polish "lagers" i have drank so far and hey! good one.

Dickinsonbeer (5077) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUN 7, 2006
Pours a clear gold with a thin head and less than expected carbonation. Aroma is slightly DMS, with light corn, herbal hops, some light bready malt and a hint of metal. Light and bubly mouthfeel with a dry finish. Light malt and hops in the flavor with light hints of metal again. Nothing special, not too good, but not horrible.

50 cl bottle at Wojarski in Gotheburg, Sweden. <!-- BR --> Clear light straw yellow color, medium size lasting white head. <!-- BR --> A little bit fruity scent, faint smell of malts as well. <!-- BR --> Fairly big bitterness, lasting bitter aftertaste. <!-- BR --> Not much taste, but very refreshing. <!-- BR --> Nice summer beer.

500 ml bottle, in Krakow. Golden colour, low head. Moderate sweetish aroma. Average pilsener flavour, not very exciting.

Poured a golden amber color with white head. Hoppy grassy aroma. Very weak malt taste.

Can, 50cl. Pale, Golden colour, with a light, wispy white head. Faint aroma of rice and hops. Particularly fizzy, with a straw taste, finishing with light bitter hops. This is a crisp, light beer. Would be refreshing on a hot day - I enjoyed it in Poland off tap - but its fairly standard...

Classic lager, not enough strong in taste for me. I’m not a big fan of beer coming from poland and this one is too ordinary to be really interesting.
