Corked bottle, explosive
Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma of apples, a bit sour and woody; light hazelnuts too. The mouthfeel is semi-sweet, with some apple flavor and a quite evident wood astringency. The final is rather short, but the wood makes it pleasant. Interesting.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours golden with a slight haze and a very bubbly but dissipating rough white head. Extremely pressurized bottle, that cork could’ve kiled someone! Lots of barnyard in the nose, leathery and peely. Medium body, sweet and pleasant apple notes with HUGE bubbles. Some astringency, almost Bretty. A good farmhouse cider. 301109

Bottled. A hazy golden with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of apples, and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples and apple cores, as well as some wood, leading to a dry woody finish.
