Beer No. 104 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Bottled 330ml. -from the bottle in Calimeros night club, Bamberg. Moderate malty, cardboard and vegetables with rather sweetish watery finish. Not good. Maybe I’ll have to try it again and re-rate.

Bottle looks quite simple. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts hoppy and dry, a bit metallically. Finish milder, modest sourish, still bitter. Not my favourite.

Tap @ Gatorbites, Fort Myers, Florida: Clear gold, white head. Fizzy and thin with a decent head. Nose is crisp with some big toast and tangy hop notes. The bitterness in the tail is good and strong with a clean and moderately malty body for a CGP. Decent.

Draft. Clear, light gold body. Fizzy, white head. Aroma of bread, hay, grass, flowers, The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Nice, crisp and clean flavor. Not overly complex, but nothing offensive. In fact, this is easy drinking. Would have preferred the hops to be a little less delicate in the bitterness, but that’s just my taste. Solid.

SanfordBrewer (1392) - Sanford, Florida, USA - FEB 22, 2011
Translucent gold, thin white head, medium body, medium-high carbonation.

Aroma: fresh sweet pale wort.

Taste: fresh pale malt wort, herbal hop bitterness.

Hops are not exhibiting the typical floral citrus noble character. Seems more like a helles.
