Cask-conditioned at The Royal Oak, Bath 14/9/08. Mahogany coloured with no head. Very fruity with lots of red fruit but balanced by a decent bitter finish. This grew on me throughout the pint. Good stuff.

On cask @ Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Biscuit, bit hop, cookie. Bit bitter. Flowery, lavender, bit citrussy.

On cask @ Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Dark amber colored brew. Hoppy aroma. Bitter, malty, some fruits. Sticky palate.

Cask @ Bow Bar, Edinburgh.The aroma has citrus, flowers and I noticed a little smoke. Clear, copper coloured beer with an off-white, creamy head. The taste is bitter, has some caramel, citrus. Bitter and dry in the end. Nice.

Cask conditioned at The Market Porter, Borough, Gt London. Easy drinking malty, fruity bitter, quite smooth and silky with a slightly deeper roasted body. Bordering on a mild. Toffee notes in the close.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2010 Cask @ 3 Judges. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweat, hops, some malts. Flavour is hoppy, malty and fruity. Bitter and slightly dry. Cask @ Bow Bar. Lots of caramel.

Cask Stillage from the Cellar at the Manor Arms Hotel, Broughton in Furness 10/11/2007 Fruit and malt aromas. Copper mid brown coloured and malty with a crisp and slightly bitter malt finish.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Out Of The Vaults, Leicester. A light amber coloured bitter with a whitish head. The aroma is pretty fruity with plenty of berry notes. Fruity and malty in the mouth with those berries again. Fairly dry and nice.

Cask at the Brunswick, Derby. This brown beer has some nice sweet fruit flavours, but these are too faint for my taste and I found the beer to be somewhat thin. It’s a decent beer but no better than average.
