Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. A wheat beer, apparently. Pale gold with a small white head. Attractive citrus and honey malt aroma. Buttery taste with some grain and citrus. Hints of uncooked pastry.. Mid bitter finish. I didn’t like this as much as I should have done.

Full pint, from cask@The Market Porter, London. A coarse, low off-white head, upon a foggy golden-yellow body. Limited aroma of soft, dry malts. A whiff of grass/straw and a subtle spice tone. Semi-dry, medium malt body. Smooth, almost wheaty. A proper amount of earthy bittering hops in the backbone. Some mild spices too. Well carbonated for a cask conditioned ale. Light to medium body. Soft and dry finish.
