COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hugely drinkable blonde beer. Using malts more usually associated with lager, this pale brew is delicate and fruity whilst retaining a clean finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Draft House, 206-208 Tower Bridge Road, London, Greater London, England, SE1 2UP.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, butter, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light acrid butter bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110807]

Cask (Draft House, RBESG2011 Sunday)
6 Sweet mashy vegetable matter.
3 Gold, tiny brief head.
6 SImple sweet malty body. Milky malts, not as fresh as it could be but not unpleasant. Gently aromatic hops.
3 Smooth palate, again, lacticity and maybe diacetyl aiding that. Carbonation low.
12 An adequate quaffer. Fullish flavour for a golden, but not at its best. Rated charitably.

Draft House. RBESG pre tasting. Light haze on this pale gold beer. Small white head. Light smooth palate, semi dry. Lots of lager pilsner pale malt. A tiny bit of citrus hop. Semi dry finish with malt turning a little nutty. Inoffensive but meh!

(Cask at Old Mitre, Hatton Garden, London, 18 July 2011) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots and biscuity malt. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, biscuity malt and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Decent.

Cask at The Draft House, Tower Bridge. Hazy light gold, average frothy white frothy head. Wheaty aroma, reminds me a bit of ice tea powder - sweet but pungently and genericly sweet. Taste follows, improved by somewhat unripe strawberry. Average chewy body, mild carbonation, longish finish. Meh.
