Aug 22, 2008 Bottle. Sharp and bitter with vinegar undertones. Slightly cloudy and the usual poor bottling that this brewery seems to make a habit of. Probably quite reasonable in its cask form.

Aug 15, 2007 bottle at cropredy 2007 ... Slightly hazy orange ... fruit hop ... lots of fizz ... strength shows in taste ... toffee malts quite fruty ... sweet with a little wheaty banana.

Dec 13, 2006 Bottle. Hazy gold with minimal head. Aromas are fruity with pear and apricot. Lightly hoppy with some creaminess. Flavours are sweet wheat with citrus notes. Some sourness towards the finish with a zesty, bitter finish. Not complex enough for its strength.

Mar 19, 2006 500ml Bottle SH Jones Bicester 18-03-06. Bottled version seems a little darker than the golden colour attributed to the cask version. Nice bitterness, dry and some hops but doesn’t really strike me as a wheat beer.
