Citric and dry sourish flavured. Vague residual wheaty sweetness and light yeasty touch. Dry and citric brett-ish flavoured finish. Fresh and vague acetone like lasting impression.

Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy citrus tart, fruity, acidic apricot - green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet to heavy and moderate acidic with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090501]

Aug 23, 2008 Straw coloured and cloudy. Nose of pediococcus, wood and a little brett. Taste is pedio, wood, brett, too. Hint of tartness...fun stuff...not too different from other soury funky American experiments but I like it.

Jun 2, 2009 Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and brett notes. Sour flavour with lacto, sour lemons and grapefruit notes. Flavour was sour with lacto, brett, lemons, grapefruit and woody notes. Finished sour.
