Aug 20, 2008 bottle shared by JMFG: pours a great golden hay colour with a good white head. aroma is a good funk, slight lemon, barrel, adn a good amount of malts too. flavour is a tart citrus flavour , again with good funkiness and some of the barrel, slight lemon good ber.

Dec 22, 2008 Golden color with a gentle aroma of light citrus and sourness with some stone fruits and spices poking through. Flavor is mildly sour yet full bodied with some spices, oak, and cider. Nice!

Sep 30, 2008 Thanks to RagallachMC for the 750. Straw color and mostly clear. Medium head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, sour white grapes and brett. A little oaky flavor sneaks in, but you know it’s Jolly Pumpkin brewed by the brett. This beer surprised the hell out of me. Such a non-descript bottle holding such a classy brew.

Dec 29, 2008 Tried at alohaCs 2008 end of the year tasting. Cloudy light yellow. Interesting orange peel citrusy aroma. Easy to drink. Very nice.

Jan 24, 2009 Light yellow and cloudy with a good sized white head. Aroma is of grapes, spices, apple, yeast, and wood. Flavor is of grapes, tart apples, and spices.

Sep 13, 2009 Bottle thanks to ditmier, the first of the night! Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white fluffy head. The aroma is complex; woody and sour, but also some funk and apricots. A tart and woody flavor with some fruity and funkiness. An awesome take on the style.

May 25, 2008 cloudy yellow pour with a thin white head. Strong oak and yeast aroma. Flavor was more of the same, a bit of vinager and some tannins. Finishes acidic, well done.
