Jan 3, 2009 750 ml bottle. Light pour with decent white head. Aromas were citrus and fruit. Flavors were similar with hints of spice and a slight wheat twang on the finish. Pretty decent tartness in the aftertaste. Pretty good.

Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de zeste de citron avec une pointe de coriandre et d’orange. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Nov 21, 2008 750ml Bottle: Lightly tart aroma of yeast, apples, tart fruit, and slight spices. Poured yellow/pale gold in color with a large, foamy, white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Many medium-sized particles. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and light to medium tart. Tastes of wheat, tart fruit, light spices, yeast, and lemon. Light to medium body. Tingly, effervescent texture. Lively carbonation. Slightly tart, lemon and spice finish is dry.
