Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a dense, white and lacing head. Lightly tart Brett nose with a lactic touch. Light body with a heavy carbonation, a citrusy tartness and an oaky touch. Again a whiff of Brett. Dry and slightly astringent finish. Very refreshing. A unique idea to oak age a Belgian Wit, but quite surprisingly it works! 010209 yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark
